This a "Wench" for the Military 2 1/2 Ton 6x6 Cargo Truck and 3/4 Ton Weapon Carrier . It's part of a "Specialty Service Tool" Kit "B" Mfg. by Toyota for the US MilitaryIt is for The Diff. Drive Pinion and Pitman Arm . I've included a picture of the tag on the box that lists the tools in the kit and their purpose .
