Newly restored, clean, good floor, good roof, no leaks good tires, new Jack, louvered windows, fresh paint inside and outside, includes leveling jacks, no title but sold with bill of sale. Built in the sixties. Does not have a bathroom. Wiring needs to be redone if you want the electricity. I just use good exterior extension cord.
