I bought this trailer with a friend of mine in 1999. It was used and owned by two of my family members before it was damaged in a storm; it has some hail damage and a tree branch across the middle. So, to state the obvious, it needs to have structural repair: see photos. The water heater has been removed. The stove/oven work as well as the refrigerator.
