Factory Sealed. This OLD paint that was liquidated from Wal-Mart. I was selling these individually and I sold hundreds of them. Everyone was generally happy and those that got a bad one were happy to return it for a refund. I had a sharp spike in people refusing to return it and just demanding it be free.
