This is a vintage 6" 1/4-20 Butterfield Pulley Tap, Series 1519, made in Athol, Massachusetts and with its original container. It appears to be unused, but is being sold as used because of fading and soiling on the container label and a slight appearance fault on one of the 4 sides of the square end farthest from the tap (see last photo).
