In 1987 our local park police department purchased this 1987 Yamaha Riva 200ZX scooter new. they had it repainted white to conform with police codes, and added lettering, stickers, emergency lights, a large plastic windshield etc. it was used for only a short time because as I was told, the officers preferred their cars instead. it was parked in a heated garage for years, and never used again.
