Vintage S-K Tools - USA #3770 Flex Head 3/8" Drive Ratchet Offset / Bent Handle About 11" overall (if it was straight) Overall in used vintage condition. Cosmetically it does have some signs of wear and imperfections in the finish throughout. Including scratches, chips and areas of dull chrome. However, no major damage.
