This is a used 1930 Brazil tools S-K Sherman Klove 1/2 drive ratchet. I have researched this and believe this to be a S-K ratchet although the number is rubbed off. The ratchet works in both directions and would make a fine usable ratchet or just a kewl wall hanger. This is kind of a rare ratchet as the 42470 was the more popular style ratchet.
