Evercraft 3/8" round head ratchet by Napa. Nice even ground to the head, reverse/forward switch works smoothly, very little anvil play, strong ball detent. Sounds fine, seems like coarser teeth count to me. Strong knurled handle with no signs that a cheater bar was used on it. Made with chrome vanadium steel.
