This is a beautiful 3/8" round head ratchet, the collectible Gold Label by Craftsman, 8" long. It's quick release, with a thumbwheel reverse switch. Nice even ground to the head, reverse/forward switch works smoothly, almost no anvil play, strong ball detent. Chrome handle with no signs that a cheater bar was used on it.
