1977 BMW R100/7 modified to R100S.I purchased this bike from an estate in Idaho last year. The previous owner was an engineer, collector and restorer of BMW motorcycles. I purchased the bike believing it was a R100S and found out, after checking the serial numbers, that it was probably originally a /7 and that was converted to an "S".
