Mac Tools 8" Heavy Duty High Leverage Combination Pliers Tool #P15HL. Incorporates a fixed, forged-on articulated axle for heaviest duty cutting. Induction hardened precision cutting edges, 64HRc. Little effort required due to the proper coordination of cutting edge angle, leverage ratio and handle shape. Cutting capacity 3/32" (2.4MM) Piano wire. Plier is made by Knipex, branded Mac Tools.
