Believe to be a 1969 tug, not sure if it was meant for aircraft or vehicles not sure if it was a military or not. Missing the engine aircleaner, we can get the engine to run on fuel into the carburetor. Will need a new fuel transfer pump in the carburetor cleaned. Brakes will need to be serviced.
