Vehicle Details This is a 1953 Dodge Panel Truck powered by a Vortec fuel injection 4.3 V6 with automatic trans with overdrive. Cruises at 70+ (see video). This old panel was a Poltry delivery truck in the 50s in Jacksonville Florida. It was brought back to life and mated with a 1990 s10 long bed pickup frame and drive train.
