This was built from a V-Twin Manufactuing complete 1948 replica kit purchased in 1999. 1948 was the last year for the Springer front end and first year for the Panhead motor. Bike was put together and ran in 2000. Was rode for 220 miles and then parked. It was kept indoors and well stored. I recently acquired it and spent many hours going through everything and getting it back to top notch. Installed new horn, ignition, battery and tank emblems.
