This is a very nice racing shock absorber/damper pressurizing tool as used in many road and oval racing series around the world. It attaches to the Schrader valve on the pressure cannister, has a gauge and flow and bleed valves for regulating the amount of nitrogen added or removed. Approximately 6 years old.
