Columbia ParCar Chariot Electric Person and materials cart. Designed to be used in Heavy manufacturing or industrial warehouses. - I do know the specific year of manufacture, but I assume around the year 2000? - the cart does work by tilting your feet forward on the platform you stand on with 3 speeds- this does have an onboard charger, but I have also just used a normal car charger since it's a 12 Volt system - current has a 925 CCA Fleet rite battery in it.
