No history on this Looks unused? but the red cap has a broken off piece that seals the meter, and that cap I believe allowed some oil to drip out overtime as you can see on the box and around that part - but I am not sure - could be the cap gasket - not sure Selling as is for parts or repair Yellow envelope looks unopened You only get what is in he 1st picture No returns...
