Harvey-Westbury 1970 Easy Test Battery Tester for Display Only !!!!!!! on the Original Card. Made in U.S.A. The card is App. 4 3/4" x 7". It has a hole on the top for hanging. The card has staining, tanning, curling, tearing, corner and edge wear. The tester is App. 6" x 1". The rubber top has probably hardened and there is some black discoloration on the rubber or the plastic between the rubber and the plastic. This is being sold as a display piece.
