This is a vintage Napa Auto Parts 3/8" drive ratchet and it is nice! Made in the USA, this uniquely designed ratchet measures 7-1/2" long and features quick release for easy, one handed socket changes. This outstanding piece is immaculately clean, completely free of grease and grime, with great chrome and with little more than some superficial scuffs/scratches/nicks/etc and as a lifelong native of the Arizona desert, it's completely free of rust and corrosion too.
