You are buying (1) #910 Valve Spring Compressor Mfg. by KD ToolsAccording to the manufacturer it is for the removal of weak or broken valve springs on Chevrolet 6 cylinder engines with the heads on It has never been used and is still in the OEM sealed package . As you can see in the photos there is some very slight discoloration probably from being stored for many years in an unheated warehouse . It should not affect it's performance .
