This is the bolt ,nut, and two steel collets, not the complete kit. Maybe you need a new bolt and nut or just want to expand smaller pipe. You are buying what is shown in the pictures, no bearing or retainer. The small collet is 1 1/2" in diameter and the larger collet is 1 7/8" diameter, bolt is course thread. Save $$$ over buying the complete kit. We ship next day....
