You are looking at a detail rolling seat with locking casters. It has been broken down so it can be packaged as smallest as it can so it will need to be removes assembled when received the instructions will be in the package. two small bottle holders that snap into the side trays. I show a photo of an extra hole on one of the trays because I drilled another. The screws that came with it wouldn't bite into that hole so I drilled another so I could put it together.
