This is a German engineered tool made for the Automobile, Industry and Aerospace use. I know it is used to pull belts out of engines, and that is pretty much all I know. Please note there is one empty hole in the last picture, close to the handle, I think it is missing a screw. I've included many pictures, please let me know if you know anything about it and want to share or if you have questions....
