Nelson Leak Tester B7311 Working, but missing test leads. Vintage Leak Tester by Nelson Tester Co. I believe they are from the 1940's, though I am not sure. This units does work, but is missing the 2 test leads that plug into the front. Pictured is the arc sent from the attach test lead. Great piece for a Vintage garage Aesthetic....
