I bought this project recently and changed my mind on building it.It has a genuine Manx Norton engine with magnesium cases and a 1948 Manx VIN. The engine turns over and is very complete. It is sitting in a 1948 Norton International chassis with a correct '48 VINIt comes with the extra parts that I show plus a few more.I spoke a leading authority on these bikes and he felt that the engine plates would work fine.It's a pretty cool project but I have too many projects.
