I am selling our 1972 Cessna 421B. We hate to sell it but, we dont use it enough we only flew the plane about 8 hours in the last 12 months. Its annual was finished 2/27/2024 it was just shy of 45k and included having all the mags rebuilt. The last annual was 50k which included new exhaust, and in June 2023 it received IFR certification, new tires, LED strobes, all new rubber in the fuel system, gaskets on the intake systems, brakes, and some other small items for another 20k.
