This is a vintage The Ashland MFG, Machinery / possibly car jack. Stands app. 101/2 " and extends to app.16". The screw shaft is 1 1/4" in diameter. All parts are free and works well. I find no identifying marks on this jack. If more pictures or question, please ask....
