This is a used British Pennant 325 Fold Down LUG WRENCH. 7/8 marking on it. We found it in a lot of parts from a Triumph TR6 (last photo is from a 1974 TR6 Owners Manual). It may apply to other Triumph models TR2 TR3 TR4 TR250 with 7/8 lug nuts. It has some age and use wear and scratches. Look closely at photos for details.
