1976 Yukon Delta 25 foot house boat. Comes with dual axle trailer. Boat has great motor compression for its age. Recently carpets were removed for new carpet and siding was being sanded for new paint however my life has changed and I now need to sell this boat. It floats fine and ran the last time it was on the water. Always stored inside, they don't make them like this anymore. Will make an awesome boat for the right person. Boat is sold as is.
