Clearance item at a local store. Lost hardware. I powered this scanner with a generic 12V charger. Left on for a few minutes, it did not take charge, or I do not know if this item its powered on by the obd cable. I do not have the means or knowledge to fully test it. I am sell this item AS IS and AS Pictured without accessories or power supply. Does have memory card. No returns accepted....
