No cracks, chips, damage, or physical defects observable, but unit does not power on or respond to any input when disconnected from a charger, and shows full battery when connected to one. Bad battery is chief suspect, but other causes have not been ruled out in any way. Will be packaged and shipped carefully same or next day by an experienced seller....
