I bought this several years ago and had it on my BMW during the week when I didn't usually drive it often and the battery in it is 9 years old and still going. Battery Minder does DESULFATION on the battery where Battery Tender doesn't from what I've read. Firm believer in these battery minders as I have 4 more of these not counting this one and my batteries last way longer than they should.
