I tested this battery charger to the best of my abilities. I couldn't find a user manual online for it. I charged a known weak car battery shown in the video. I had to use the jumper posts on the car due to the battery being located in the fender. The battery charger does have some issues. The carrying handle broke off right after I recorded the video.
