THE PORCH IS GREAT FOR BIKES WHEN NEEDED TO GO HOME OR FOR EXTRA UNITS.THE AIR CONDITIONER DOES WORK FOR SLEEPING AT NIGHT OR COOLING DOWN DURNING THE DAY. NOT SURE HOW MANY MILES ARE ON THIS AS IT COULD BE CLOSE TO 200,000.ENGINE IS A 454 CU IN BIG BLOCK THE TRANSMISSION IS AUTOMATIC I HAVE HAD THE ENGINE WORKED ON AND IT STARTS IN THE MATTE...
