We are the 3rd owner and we bought the camper from my grandparents who used it a handful of times. We used the camper less than 10 times this past yr and loved it, but our kids are growing and we need something a little bigger. It does not have air but the new owner can get it installed, and the heat does not work per my grandparents. We never tried messing with it, we just used a space heater. It does have a soft area behind the couch, from where the previous owner used a window air conditioner...
