1962 INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER SCOUT 80 In good condition is this 52 year old International scout. Has been parked for 4 years but started right up with ease, starter sticks sometimes. Engine is first 152ci, 93hp four-cylinder put in Scouts. Drove vehicle little over 4 years ago, but now clutch has no tension and I'm not mechanical so I know nothing about problem.
