2 ih scout both one bid the blueish silver one has a title and had it running via pouring a little gas down the carb it sounded good has no key was hot wired to start it had been sitting along time so the tp hyd parts will need to be redone ind the clutch salave and master body is fair not realy russted to bad but has its dents. the yellow one has NO title no trans or transfer case . i did have it almost statrtred but it would need a bit more to get it to start both scout now have steel wheels o...
