If you have ever owned a Reflex, you know they are great reliable scooters that easily cruise at 65 MPH. However, the pick up isn't much at all, until you reach about 50 mph. After installing a Dr. Pulley Performance Variator Kit, the difference in pick up and throttle response is like night and day but the RPM's are still the same at 65 which is the concern of other kits.
