Catalina 27 Sailboat for sale. I recall the year as 1974. Its been a good boat to me but I just don't have time to get to it as much as I would like. Currently it is stored on Dry land in Deltaville Virginia. The interior was newly upholstered in 2015 so it looks nice (in my opinion). Outside shows its age a bit more, but still a solid boat.
