Hello I have an 04 acura rsx type s. It has 189,149 miles. Mileage is a little high but car runs perfectly. I do the oil change every 3500 miles with mobile 1 synthetic oil. This rsx is a manual 6 speed transmission. Transmission shifts perfectly and does not grind in any gear. After I installed the k tuned shifter, you will never find a better smoother shifting rsx.
