This is a 1982 Honda 50 Urban Express Moped that has been in a dry storage trailer for several years.The engine is not stuck and has a lot of compression. It appears to be complete but I do not have a key or paper work. NO TITLE-NO TILTLE-NO TITLE. I believe that it would be very easy to get it running with a fuel system cleaning, a battery and have a lock smith make you a key.
