This is a T & J bowling products corp item. It has been used to polish the holes in bowling balls. It was made in lake elsinore califorina. It works. It has the 45-75-03 model number on it. The shaft estends out six inches and has a screw in the end to attach the paper. The switch is a momentary switch( you hold the button and it runs, let off the button and it cuts off). It looks like a well built older tool. I have never seen another one like this. Thanks for looking....
