Rupp swinger trail made for jcpenney department stores. The engine isn't original but it is a low hours lighted vintage Tecumseh hs50 so it has 20% more power and the lighted hs50 is pretty rare. Lighting coil work and taillight comes on and headlight gets power with test light but light doesn't work so I think it may need new light.
