1971 Rupp Mini Bike Frame This is a great parts bike or just add a motor and it's ready to go! It has the very desirable 28 spoke wheels used on Blackwidow's. The rear tire is a brand new IRC Motocross tire and the front is an original Rupp Motocross tire. Front & rear shocks are functional as well as the brakes.
