It registered as a motorcycle in WA (but did not require a helmet endorsement), and registered as a truck in MT. Top speed is 35-40 mph. This is one of the more desirable 2-cylinder air-cooled models. It runs great and the engine is in great shape. I used it to pull 1000 lbs regularly, though the drum-style breaks make this a danger...
