Provinance:This 1974 Maico 440 was built in Germany and was considered the premium off-road motorcycle of its day. Purchased new in 1974 by my uncle in Albuquerque, NM, it was only ridden a few times then stored in a climate controlled shop. Buyer may have to replace tires due to age. Mileage is low but no odometer, of course. I can count on one hand the number of times it was ridden; it is a true survivor and factory original.
