Here is a VW Dune Buggy on a VW running gear and yes it has a trans axle with it, the Dune Buggy body is just sitting on the running gear. It needs a total make over, in my opinion. It will need a motor, and I am not sure about the transaxle that is in it. It is a GREAT beginning for a fun ride for this summer. My loss is your gain.
