1967 Cessna C421. This airplane was flying and in annual until 3-31-2016. It had been maintained by the same person for 20 years. He decided not to do it anymore, so the aircraft was taken to a Cessna Service center by the new owners. The inspection found several items that need correcting. Most critical of the items are the intermediate ribs on both sides have cracks.
